All the flavor, none of the buzz. Brazil Decaf is a medium roast with marzipan, chocolate and mellow fruit and a notably low acidity — a decaf that tastes like a coffee you'd drink anyway.
From Our Family's Farms in Brazil
Our decaf is sourced from family farms in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil, land the Carneiro family has cultivated since 1890, where we hand-select beans for their naturally sweeter, milder flavor. Read how our direct trade model works, or meet the farms.
Chemical-Free Swiss Water Process
To preserve the original flavor and aroma, we use the Swiss Water® Process to remove the caffeine. This method is 100% chemical-free, relying solely on water, time and temperature to take out the caffeine while leaving the bean's natural flavor intact — which is why this cup still tastes like Brazilian coffee rather than like decaf.
