How soon does it ship?
Each Profile roaster is built to order in the USA. Current build time is 2–3 weeks from order, then it ships direct to you with the full manufacturer warranty.
1 lb or 2 lb — which should I get?
The 1 lb roasts a 120 g sample or up to 1.4 lbs of green per batch — ideal for home roasters, cafes, and dialing in profiles. The 2 lb roasts up to 2.8 lbs per batch for higher volume. Both use the same ADR software and fluid-bed design.
Natural gas or propane?
Both are available — you choose natural gas (NG) or propane (LPG) at time of order, and the machine is configured for it at the factory.
What do I need to run it?
A standard 120V outlet, a gas supply (NG or LPG), and green coffee. The roaster draws just 3.0 amps / 360W. Chaff collection is built in, so cleanup is simple.
I'm above 4,500 ft — does that matter?
Yes. High-altitude installations are configured differently, so select the high-altitude option at checkout if you're at 4,500 ft or higher.
Is it covered by warranty?
Yes — it includes the full manufacturer's limited warranty. As an authorized Sonofresco dealer, Roast'n sells brand-new machines direct from the maker, fully backed and supported.
