Brazil Samambaia

Dark Cherry, Chocolate, Toffee

This fully traceable coffee is grown in Campos das Vertentes on the Samambaia plantation, which has been operated by the Cambraia family since 1896.

This semi-washed processed coffee makes a very sweet, full-bodied cup featuring with dark fruit and chocolate notes. As such, it is excellent for espresso, and it is a key component in our best-selling Espresso Blend.

This coffee is also very enjoyable on its own as a drip coffee, especially if you’re looking for some “traditional” chocolate and nutty flavors with just a hint of fruit.
