This naturally processed and Swiss Water Decaf from Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative of Ethiopia comes to us by way of our good friends at Royal Coffee in Emeryville, CA. Specifically sourced for decaffeination by Royal, this lot jumped out to us on the cupping table due to its dynamic interplay of blueberry, floral and cocoa notes, with a brown sugar-like sweetness. This medium roast functions extremely well across all brewing methods and is one of the most unique and flavorful decaffeinated coffees we have come across in quite some time. We mean it­­—this is the kind of coffee that can totally change the way you think about decaf. We can’t wait for you to try it.
