Whisk it with hot water for a traditional bowl, pour it over ice, or blend it into a latte with your favorite milk. Because it's unsweetened, you control the sweetness, or skip it entirely.

How to make it: Sift 1–2 grams (about ½–1 teaspoon) into a bowl or mug, add 2–3 oz of water around 175°F, and whisk until frothy. Top with more water or steamed milk.
