Mexico is a single origin that's all about balance.
The flavor is very well balanced, with a delicate body. It's pleasantly dry and finishes crisp, so each sip feels clean and leaves you ready for the next one. Full City is where we take this one, and on the RoCo scale that means light roast, which suits a coffee this clean and delicate.
It's a great choice for people who like a lighter, cleaner cup in the morning, and it's an easy coffee to drink all day without wearing out your palate. Pour it next to a fuller coffee and the contrast is easy to taste.
