This coffee is from our direct trade relationship with E-Cafe of Chiapas. E-Cafe of Chiapas is an organization set up to help small farmers in Chiapas, Mexico. Helping provide the best working conditions for the farmers, and building a school named Icthus academy which educates children from Kindergarten through to College. This not only ensures a proper education for children in the area, but also reduces the risk of the children being out in the fields with their parents if they have no access to childcare. This coffee is, and will always be our ‘house’ coffee and have committed 10% of our profits to go back to E-cafe of Chiapas to continue our support.
