Roaster's Choice (Limited Series)
Roaster’s Choice — Organic Guatemala Huehuetenango
Some coffees are made for cream, sugar, and sleepy Monday mornings.
Roaster’s Choice is made for the coffee snobs.
This rotating specialty series features exceptional coffees personally selected and roasted to highlight what makes each origin unique. Each release will be available in limited quantities, and once it is gone, the next Roaster’s Choice takes its place.
Our current selection is an organic, single-origin coffee from the ASOBAGRI cooperative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Grown at elevations of 1,650 meters and above, this high-altitude coffee develops a beautifully balanced cup with tasting notes of brown sugar, milk chocolate, and orange.
We roast it in small batches to bring out its natural sweetness, rich chocolate character, and bright citrus finish—without roasting away everything that made the coffee special in the first place.
