Uganda is our taste of East Africa, with a lighter touch than you might expect.

This fine African arabica shows the winey acidity and other flavor characteristics of the best East African coffees, but with a slightly lighter body and a subtler taste. We roast it Full City, our light roast, so that bright, wine-like side stays clear in the cup.

It's a great pick if you love the liveliness of African coffees but find some of them a bit much first thing in the morning. Brew it as a pour over to really taste the acidity, or in a drip machine for an easy, bright pot.

For a fuller African-influenced cup, compare it with Hope Ranch Blend, which pairs African and Central American coffees at a medium roast.

Uganda is sold in 12 oz and 5 lb bags. Order whole bean, or have it ground for drip, paper cone or French press.
