Function Coffee Co

Function's Inclusive, Zero-Emission Brews!

Ahoy, everyday enthusiasts—discover Function Coffee Co., a welcoming wave from Northlake, Texas! Founded by Tony (a coffee kid turned NYC/LA barista) and Devin to make specialty sips approachable and fun, this crew roasts small batches on the pioneering zero-emission Bellwether Roaster—sustainable, transparent, and free from pretension. From vibrant Ethiopian single-origins bursting with berry notes (customize with milk or syrup, no judgment!) to community-fueling blends that spark real connections, every cup's about joy, inclusivity, and breaking barriers. Café sails in Spring '26—we've curated 'em for the heartfelt hustle and eco-heart. Brew without the fuss! 🏴☠️☕
